Guest Speaker: Professor Tim Stein, a professor with The Hospitality College at Johnson & Wales University. Tim teaches a variety of hospitality management courses from menu planning, cost control and human resource management to facilities design and strategic management. With a passion for "green” business, Stein owns and operates his own consulting company helping hospitality businesses improve their environmental performance through reduced resource consumption and third-party certification.
